Dr. Armstrong is originally from the San Diego, California area and decided to relocate to Charlotte, NC to open his practice 31 years ago.
He has practiced general and cosmetic dentistry for 30 years and began practicing orthodontics 19 years ago. He became an Invisalign provider 6 years ago and now is one of the top Elite Invisalign Premier Providers in the nation.
In 1973 he entered the School of Dentistry at Washington University in St. Louis, MO after receiving a BS in Finance from California State in 1968. Prior to entering dental school, he served as a Naval Flight Officer for 2 years.

Dr. Armstrong continues to reach out to other professionals offering his services thru the Asst. Program with Invisalign for clinical evaluation. He helps them better diagnosis their cases and offers suggestions for practice procedures to assist in practice management.
